1. About the Service

Aana Invites provides digital wedding invitation and RSVP management tools for weddings and related events. Features may include event pages, guest list management, RSVP collection, invitation customisation, and related planning tools.

The Service is intended for personal event use only.

2. Eligibility & Account Access

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Access to the Service is provided after a valid purchase through Etsy or another approved payment method.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Keeping your account and login details secure
• All activity carried out under your account

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or refuse access to the Service where we believe these Terms have been violated or the platform is being misused.

3. Event Date Requirements

To use the Service, the scheduled wedding or event date must be at least 30 days after access is granted.

This requirement exists to allow adequate time for setup, guest management, RSVP collection, and support where needed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reschedule access requests for events taking place within 30 days of purchase.

4. Purchases, Plans & Add-Ons

Aana Invites operates on a one-time purchase model.

Each package or tier may include limits on:

• Number of guests
• Number of events
• Available features

Additional guests, events, or upgrades may be purchased separately where offered.

All purchases are for digital services and are non-transferable.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been provided.

By purchasing the Service, you agree that access may begin immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once digital access has been granted.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund requests may still be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

• Use the Service for spam, advertising, or unrelated commercial purposes
• Upload harmful, unlawful, or offensive content
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or data
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent event information

You are solely responsible for the content, event details, and guest information you upload to the Service.

7. Guest Information & Data

By uploading guest information to the Service, you confirm that you have permission to use and share that information for invitation and RSVP purposes.

Guest information may include:

• Names
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• RSVP responses

We use this information only for providing and improving the Service.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect guest information uploaded by users
• Missed invitations or RSVP responses caused by incorrect details
• Issues caused by third-party email providers or delivery systems

8. Data Storage & Deletion

Wedding and event data is currently stored using Supabase and related service providers required to operate the platform.

Event data may be automatically deleted approximately 6 months after the wedding or event date.

Users are responsible for saving any information or content they wish to keep before this period ends.

9. Emails & Communications

We may contact users by email regarding:

• Account or service updates
• Important notices
• Support responses
• Optional feedback requests

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications where applicable.

10. Availability of Service

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may be changed, updated, removed, or temporarily unavailable at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

The Aana Invites platform, including its branding, website functionality, custom layouts, and original content, remains the property of Aana Invites unless otherwise stated.

Some design elements, graphics, fonts, or media used within the Service may be licensed from third-party providers.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or resell the platform or its contents for commercial purposes
• Reuse or redistribute invitation designs or templates outside their intended personal use
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or extract source code from the platform
• Use Aana Invites branding or materials without permission

Users retain ownership of any personal content they upload to the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aana Invites shall not be liable for:

• Lost or missed RSVP submissions
• Incorrect event details entered by users
• Temporary outages or technical issues
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or indirect damages
• Issues caused by third-party platforms or services, including Etsy

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

• These Terms are violated
• The platform is abused or misused
• Fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity is suspected

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
