How does Aana Invites work?
You purchase a package via url Etsy: https://www.etsy.com and receive a PDF with setup instructions. You then create an account, add your wedding details, and your account is manually activated.
Once activated, you can build your wedding page, add events, and invite guests using a shareable link.
How long does setup take?
Setup is quick and usually takes around 10 minutes to enter your wedding details.
After activation, adding events typically takes around 10 minutes each, and adding a guest can take around 5 minutes depending on detail.
What happens after I purchase?
After purchase, you receive a PDF guide, then you create an account and add your wedding details. We manually verify your order and activate your account before you can start building your event.
Can I edit my wedding details?
- You can update event details anytime
- You can edit guest details
- You cannot delete guests once they have submitted an RSVP
- Your wedding URL cannot be changed once created
- You can change your wedding date if needed
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests do not need to create an account. They can view their invitation and submit or update their RSVP using a secure link.
How do guests receive invitations?
A unique link is generated for each guest, which you can share with them directly. Each guest can only access the events they are invited to, and can view details such as venue, event name, and RSVP status.

How quickly do I get access?
Access is usually activated within 1 working day after purchase, once your order has been verified.
What if I need help?
You can contact us via Etsy messages or email. We typically respond within 1–2 days.
Can I change my wedding URL?
No. Once your wedding page URL is created, it cannot be changed. However, you can update all event details at any time.
