• Event names, dates, and locations
• Invitation and event content

Guest Information

• Guest names
• Guest email addresses (optional)
• Guest phone numbers (optional)
• RSVP responses

We do not currently collect:

• Dietary requirements
• IP addresses
• Analytics or tracking data
• Plus-one details (unless manually added by users)

2. How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Service
• Manage invitations and RSVPs
• Maintain user accounts
• Respond to support requests
• Send service updates and optional promotions

We do not sell personal data.

3. Legal Basis (UK GDPR)

We process personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, and user consent where applicable.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to upload guest data.

4. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored using Supabase. The platform is hosted on Netlify.

Data may be deleted approximately 6 months after the event date.

Users may request earlier deletion at any time.
